SHIPPING & HANDLING

All items are shipped USPS Priority Mail (unless requested otherwise by cardholder) within 48 hours of your purchase. In the event that an item is out of stock or backordered, we will not bill your credit card until the item is shipped to you. We do not ship over the weekend. Purchases may be delivered to your billing address or other designated address.

RETURN POLICY

If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return any unused merchandise to Baby Alert International for a full refund.

Full Refund:

1. Product must be returned in unused condition within 7 days of USPS Confirmed Delivery.
2. Must contact corporate office for a return authorization number, without this number your return will NOT be accepted.
3. Product must be in original packaging.
4. You must pay all return shipping charges.
